Over the last few days, tens of thousands have lined up to pay their respects to the Queen in Westminster Hall. Frank Cottrell-Boyce, screenwriter and novelist, wrote the now legendary Paddington sketch for the Platinum Jubilee, and the James Bond scene from the Olympics opening ceremony, both featuring performances by the Queen.
