The problem with this hypothesis is that you're basing it, it seems, on NASA footage of ice and dust particles that look mysterious to all but the folks who know how cameras and perspective work. Most of that footage--including what appear to be blinking objects in the distance--has already been explained, but the explanations get sidelined because either we don't want to believe them or because we've just not heard them before. My suggestion is to interview people who understand cameras and perspective about that footage first, then see if the hypothesis holds.
