In this show I explore the Color Balance tool to get the right mood into an image shot just after sunrise. These sliders push the colors around in the RGB color space. But how to push? Then I compare the Curves and Levels tool and give both o them a shot at the image. Both results are fine on some parts of the image – just combine the two parts with a layer mask.
